A registered statutory auditor and qualified French chartered accountant (expert-comptable diplômé), Loïc Verron has practised as a statutory auditor for ten years. Today he devotes the firm to one-off statutory auditor engagements, carried out remotely for companies throughout France.
Professional ethics
Engagements are carried out in accordance with the code of ethics of the statutory audit profession and the French professional standards. The firm does not accept an engagement for a company it has advised, in line with the rules on incompatibility (Art. L.821-31 French Commercial Code). Fees are set before the engagement and never depend on the outcome of the transaction.
