Regulated profession

Statutory auditor engagements are carried out by Loïc Verron, registered statutory auditor (commissaire aux comptes), member of the Paris Regional Institute of Statutory Auditors (CRCC Paris), under the supervision of France's audit regulator, the Haute autorité de l'audit (H2A). They are governed by the French Commercial Code (Book VIII) and the profession's code of ethics (Appendix 8-1 to the French Commercial Code).

Professional indemnity insurance: MMA IARD, through Verspieren, cover of €1,000,000 per claim.
